Cilan was a travelling companion of Ash and Iris who accompanied them through the Unova region. He was voiced by Miguel Fernandez.

In "Ash Ketchup Vs. Iris", Cilan is seen either refereeing or just watching Iris and Ash's battle. He supports them as he shouts "give 'em a show, bitches!".
