Bonnie was a former travelling companion of Ash as he traveled through the Kalos region, along with Serena and her brother, Clemont. She was voiced by Krysdolly.

Bonnie is first seen in the short "Why Serena isn't in Alola", where she says goodbye to Serena as she prepares to go to the Alola region. She also watches as she kisses Ash. On the runway, Bonnie, Clemont and Ash watch as Serena's plane blows up due to a Team Rocket terror attack.
She makes a reappearance in "Serena cuts her hair" as she talks to Ash and Clemont about the obvious art style change in the Sun and Moon series. She also witnesses Serena's new style change.
